Your stack stays: getting more from the tools you already have

The answer to a crowded stack is rarely another platform. How to make the tools you already pay for work together, without replacing any of them.

When marketing results stall, the usual answer is another tool. A new platform promises to bring everything together. A year later it's one more login, and the data still lives in five places.

That's the pattern behind more tools, less clarity. 68% of organisations cite data silos as their top concern [1]. And only 30% of digital transformations meet or exceed their target value with sustainable change [160].

Why replacement rarely fixes it

Replacing your CRM, analytics, or automation platform means a migration, retraining, and months of running two systems side by side — and the new one still has to work with everything else. The problem was rarely the wrong tools. It's that nothing does the work between them.

Work across the stack, not instead of it

The alternative is to leave your stack where it is and run your workflows across it:

  • Pull, don't replace. Connectors read from the tools you already use: your CRM, analytics, ad accounts, and content systems. Nothing gets ripped out.
  • Query and correlate, don't copy. Your data stays in your systems. Each run reads what it needs, when it needs it.
  • Enhance in place. Where a tool is underused, configure or extend it on your own cloud rather than buying its replacement.

Four opens to ask for

If a vendor says it works with your stack, test that claim four ways:

  1. Open models. Can you bring your own AI model keys, pay the provider directly, and switch when a better model arrives?
  2. Open connectors. Does it read from the tools you have, without asking you to move your data into its platform?
  3. Open deployment. Can it run in your cloud when you're ready, not only in theirs?
  4. Open framework. Will it show you how its workflows are built — the steps, the checks, and where your approval sits?

Four yeses means you can adopt it without betting the stack on it. Your stack. Your cloud. Your keys. Our connectors. Our Intelligence and Tradecraft. Your workflows — automated.

Start with one workflow

Don't wire everything up at once. Pick the one workflow closest to your target — the weekly report, the lifecycle email, the search plan — and connect only what it needs. When it runs reliably, add the next.
