1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aurum AI Labs Ltd services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable DIFC laws and regulations.
2. Services Description
Aurum AI Labs automates marketing workflows with AI agents and forward-deployed teams. Our services are: (a) Aurum Flux™ — marketing workflows, on demand; (b) Ops Packs — one workflow that runs itself; (c) Aurum Flo™ — all your marketing workflows, one place; and (d) Aurum Catalyst™ — your own workflows, built around your business. Every output is designed for human review — the marketer decides.
3. Pricing and Payment
Aurum Flux™ is paid for in credits, per run, at the rates shown in the platform when you buy credits. Ops Packs, Aurum Flo™, and Aurum Catalyst™ are priced in a written agreement for each engagement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments are subject to applicable UAE VAT.
4. Intellectual Property
The Aurum Score™ algorithm, AI models, and all platform technology remain the exclusive property of Aurum AI Labs Ltd. Clients retain ownership of their marketing data and content processed through our platform.
5. Data Processing
We process data in compliance with DIFC Data Protection Law, GDPR, and other applicable regulations. Our AI maintains ethical governance principles: Fairness, Accountability, Transparency, Privacy, and Human Oversight.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by DIFC law, Aurum AI Labs' liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
