2. Prohibited Activities
You must not: Generate misleading or deceptive content, Process data without proper consent, Violate privacy laws or regulations, Use AI to impersonate individuals, Attempt to reverse-engineer the Aurum Score™ algorithm, Overload platform resources, Engage in unauthorized data scraping.
3. AI Ethics
Users must maintain ethical AI practices: Ensure human oversight of AI-generated content, Avoid bias in targeting and messaging, Respect opt-out preferences, Maintain transparency about AI usage, Follow our principles of Fairness, Accountability, Transparency, Privacy.
4. Compliance
Users must comply with: DIFC laws and regulations, Local marketing and data protection laws, Industry-specific regulations, Anti-spam legislation, Intellectual property rights.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in: Warning and remediation requirements, Suspension of specific features, Account termination, Legal action where appropriate. We reserve the right to modify or terminate access for violations.
