1. Data Controller Information

Aurum AI Labs Ltd, registered in DIFC Dubai, acts as data controller for personal data processed through our platform.

2. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process data based on: Contract performance for service delivery, Legitimate interests for platform improvement and Aurum Score™ calculation, Consent for marketing communications, Legal obligations for compliance.

3. Data Subject Rights

EU data subjects have rights to: Access personal data, Rectification of inaccurate data, Erasure (right to be forgotten), Restrict processing, Data portability, Object to processing, Withdraw consent, Lodge complaints with supervisory authorities.

4. International Transfers

We and our service providers process personal data outside the EU, the UK and the DIFC, including in Singapore, Australia and the United States. Transfers from the EU and the UK are protected by standard contractual clauses or other safeguards the GDPR allows. You can ask for a copy at privacy@aurumailabs.com.

5. Data Protection Officer

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Under Article 16 of the DIFC Data Protection Law, one is not required, because we do not carry out High Risk Processing. Data-protection questions go to privacy@aurumailabs.com. The Founder is the responsible person for data protection, and a Data Protection Officer will be appointed before any High Risk Processing begins.

6. EU and UK Representatives (Art. 27)

Aurum AI Labs Ltd has not yet appointed an EU representative under Article 27 of the GDPR or a UK representative under Article 27 of the UK GDPR. We will appoint qualifying representatives before we begin targeted marketing or service delivery to data subjects in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom that triggers the Article 27 threshold. Until such appointments are made, data subjects in the EU and the UK can contact us at privacy@aurumailabs.com for any GDPR or UK GDPR matter, and you also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
